All vessels are well maintained with the Major IACS members-Classifications Societies and supported by in-house highly qualified engineering/maintenance team coupled with suitably equipped electronic, electrical, mechanical and fabrication workshops. Health, Safety, Environment and Quality issues are given utmost priority by the Company and to this end, works are conducted strictly in accordance with ADNOC guided HSESM policy and procedures. Crewmembers and other personnel are adequately trained accordingly. The fact has been further confirmed by the accreditation of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code since 1995.

The Company recently embarked on a Fleet Replacement Plan, estimated to cost US$ 200 million, with the aim of replacing all aging vessels by acquiring of new multi-purpose vessels with most modern technology within 5 years scheduled plan.
